OUR STORY

A little fire.
A lot of heart.

A corner of Brooklyn. A warm oven. A table with room for one more.

Built around the table.

Emberstone began with Sunday dinners in the Russo family kitchen. Elena worked the dough while her brother Marco tended the oven, and friends somehow always arrived just as the first pie came out.

In 2014, they found a narrow storefront between a bookshop and a florist. They painted the awning brick red, carried in a few wooden tables, and opened the doors with one promise: make every guest feel like a regular.

Good things take their time.

Our dough rests slowly for a light, crisp crust. Tomatoes become a simple, bright sauce. Each pie meets the heat of the stone, then goes straight to your table—or into a box for the walk home.

Today, Emberstone is the stop after school, the Friday-night tradition, and the place where the last slice is always worth sharing.
